His sound fuses the timeless grooves of Funk and Soul with the dynamic pulse of House, Techno, and beyond, crafting a vibe that’s equal parts nostalgic and down home fun.

Originally from New York, Soul Atomic has been a fixture in the US underground music scene since 2003. His path in music stretches across two decades and two continents from his early beginnings in New York, to his new home in Berlin. Soul Atomic is a natural born storyteller with an ear for blending sounds, he is known for his dance floor insights and evolving song selection that takes audiences everywhere on a ride across the dance floor.

Never one to follow trends, he's been doing things his own way and in his own time, exploring musical genres at the street level through small parties built around local culture and tradition, and balancing that against the energy of the moment through out the underground music scene. No hype, no fluff, just good times and smiles for days, he dares you not to have a good time.

As an open format artist his music is as diverse and dynamic as the times we live in. His sound is deeply influenced by the musical culture of New Orleans, and all things funk and soul. He's refined an improvisational approach to his sets, and often performs with other musicians, dancers and artists during his sets. After 20 years of being a DJ, he's finally turning his attention to producing, with a release of his first EP expected this Fall.

Since his Brooklyn beginnings in 2003, Soul Atomic has cultivated a devoted following through his long-running radio series, Soul Atomic Radio (2003–2013), which began at East Village Radio in NYC and concluded on KOTO in Telluride, Colorado.

As a 17-year veteran of the Colorado  music scene, he’s represented both the Western Slope and Front Range, performing everywhere from the mountain towns of Telluride and Durango to Denver’s underground stages. Now, as a Berlin-based artist, he's exploring  new underground communities and frontiers of sound.

Soul Atomic has shared stages with an eclectic roster of artists, including Beats Antique, Chris Cauldron, Coolio,  Funk Hunters, Fort Knox Five,  Lettuce, Maddy O'Neal, Mark Farina, MZG, The Roots, The Sponges, the Pimps of Joytime, Ziggy Marley, and many more, leaving dance floors of energized fans with unforgettable sets wherever he plays.
